Kevin and Debbie Weakland are the owners of the Loveland Garden Center.  They have three children Matt, Ashley, and Whitney who all play an active roll in running the greenhouse. 

The Loveland Garden Center was started in 1992 and has been growing and expanding ever since.  Kevin and his wife Debbie love the fact that their children work for and with them.  Matt the oldest runs and manages the nursery.  Ashley the middle, works mostly at the front desk with customer service.  Whitney the youngest, is starting to take up more responsibilities and assists with managing the annuals. 

Kevin's love for gardening, and the greenhouse business has been instilled in him since he was little.  His father Don Weakland owns The Flower Bin in Longmont, and Don's father ran a greenhouse in Denver where he grew carnations back in the 20's.  So, you could say that Kevin was born with green thumbs.  To explain this to you clearly...there are a lot of greenhouses owned by the Weakland's-well, four in Northern Colorado.  Kevin's father owns The Flower Bin in Longmont, Kevin's middle brother and his wife own The Windsor Gardener in Windsor, and the youngest brother runs a 'growing greenhouse' for The Flower Bin, and also sells wholesale.
